We believe in family – family as a word can mean a lot of different things to different people. Families are the foundation of communities.  Families come in all shapes and sizes. We believe strongly in supporting families. However your family has been knit together, we want to support it and support you.

 

We believe in diversity, inclusion and equity in all forms and at all levels of society. Equity is the intentional modeling of a just working environment, one that is engaged in challenging intentional and unintentional forms of bias and discrimination while promoting wholesome, fair alternatives. Mankind is a wonderful fabric of differing people with differing backgrounds and capabilities, each one equally deserving of value and respect. It is our dedicated mission not just to promote diversity, inclusion, and equity, but to be diverse, inclusive, and equitable professionals. 

 

We believe that education empowers everyone to do better, live better, and be better. The old proverb goes, “Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day, but teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime.” We want to educate and empower as many people as possible to cause the tide to rise so everyone’s ship can sail.

 

We believe in income equality and the elimination of barriers to economic success. Poverty is a national crisis and one that demands our attention, engagement, and support. If communities are only as strong as their weakest members, then we encourage every citizen to make the elimination of poverty a social and economic imperative.  

We believe in supporting the green economy.  We're all learning how to be better to our planet; for us this is the intersection of climate mindfulness and corporate responsibility.  We strive to be informed about how corporations operate, and work to support businesses that follow green practices, grow local economies, and pay their employees and suppliers fairly. We can help our investment clients align their investments with their values. We only have one planet and want to do our part to make it better for future generations.
